Summary

Grants oversight authority to the attorney general over charitable assets regardless of the form in which they are held. Authorizes the attorney general to enforce the application of the charitable asset to prevent or remedy the misapplication, diversion, waste, or breach of duty in management of a charitable asset. (CD1)
