Summary

Amends existing law relating to the comprehensive aquifer planning and management effort to provide for the creation of the Secondary Aquifer Planning, Management and Implementation Fund in the state treasury and to provide for continuous appropriation of moneys in the secondary fund to the Water Resource Board for the payment of specified costs, expenditures and water projects.
