Summary

Health; pharmaceuticals; automated dispensing devices that are located in certain areas affiliated with a hospital; require the devices to be under the control of a pharmacist in charge of the hospital pharmacy. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding secs. 17760 & 17760a.
