Summary
To enact sections 5124.81, 5124.82, 5124.83, 5124.84, 5124.85, 5124.86, 5124.87, 5124.88, and 5166.201 of the Revised Code to permit a resident of an ICF/IID to conduct electronic monitoring of the resident's room, to establish a new Medicaid home and community-based services waiver for individuals with developmental disabilities, and to name this act Lauren's Law.
