Summary

Establishes that for purpose of maintaining status as minor political party for period up to and including November 2018 general election, total number of registered electors in state is deemed to be total number of registered electors as of July 1, 2015, and total number of votes cast in state or electoral district for Governor is deemed to be total number of votes cast in state or electoral district for Governor on November 4, 2014. Corrects statutory reference from section 9, chapter 8, Oregon Laws 2015, to ensure ability of minor political parties to maintain status for 2016 general election based on number of registered electors as of July 1, 2015.] Declares emergency, effective on passage.
