Summary
As enacted, requires the department of children's services, county medical examiners, chief medical examiners, and facilities that perform autopsies to establish policies and procedures for the prioritization of the completion of final autopsy reports for fatalities of certain children. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
