Bill Title: As introduced, subject to local approval, moves the date of the city election to coincide with the November general election; extends the four-year terms of office of the mayor and councilmen elected at the regular city election held in June 2009 and the councilmen elected at the regular city election held in June 2011 to expire on the first Thursday in November in 2013 and 2015 respectively. - Amends Chapter 247 of the Acts of 1905; as amended and rewritten.
