FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 106 as introduced could increase the obligations of the Department of Corrections by an undetermined amount by requiring the Department to provide quarterly reports to the Joint Legislative Prison Oversight Committee and publish the report on the Department's website relating to the inmate population and operation of correctional facilities.
