Page 2, line 41, after "plan" insert "submitted by a school that received a letter grade of C, D or F during the prior school year pursuant to section 15-241"

Page 3, line 3, after the period insert "The board shall automatically approve a school's innovation plan if the school received a letter grade of A or B during the prior school year pursuant to section 15-241 unless doing so would violate any federal law or any state law other than what is allowed under subsection C of this section."

Line 6, strike "for up to five additional years"

Amend title to conform
