(b) SURFACE WATER AS DEFINED IN SECTION 45-101.

(c) WATER SUBJECT TO APPROPRIATION AS PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 45-141.

(d) A GENERAL ADJUDICATION OF WATER RIGHTS AS PRESCRIBED BY CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE 9 OF THIS TITLE."
