Line 11, after "number" strike remainder of line

Strike lines 12 and 13, insert "of a national child abuse hotline that provides support for children in crisis or who may be experiencing abuse or neglect."

Line 14, strike "to call" insert "for calling"

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
