Page 1, between lines 14 and 15, insert:

"3.  One member that represents a county flood control district organized pursuant to title 48, chapter 21, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, from a county with a population of more than two million persons who is appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives.

4.  One member that represents a county flood control district organized pursuant to title 48, chapter 21, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, from a county with a population of less than two million persons who is appointed by the president of the senate."

Renumber to conform

Line 20, after "dams" insert ", as defined in section 45-1201, Arizona Revised Statutes,"

Amend title to conform

And, and as so amended, it do pass
