Line 25, after "transfer" insert "pro rata shares of the"

After line 26, insert:

"3. If a student does not select one or more student organizations or clubs pursuant to paragraph 1 of this subsection, transfer that student's pro rata share of the monies as otherwise provided by law."

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
