Page 1, line 5, after "prohibition" insert "; nonliability"

Lines 7 and 8, strike "adult foster care homes, group homes,"

After line 26, insert:

"C.  A person who provides care pursuant to subsection B of this section in good faith is not liable for any civil damages as the result of any act or omission by the person providing care, unless the person acted with gross negligence while rendering the care."

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
