Page 1, line 6, after the second comma insert "the department may require that"

Line 8, after the second comma strike remainder of line; line 9, strike "expires" insert "be surrendered to the department and a new license plate be issued every ten years"

Line 33, after "plate" strike remainder of line; line 34, strike "every eight years"; after the period insert "If the department requires the license plate to be surrendered and a new license plate to be issued pursuant to subsection A of this section, the department shall change the color and design of the new license plate."

Between lines 40 and 41, insert:

"F.  If the department requires the license plate to be surrendered and a new license plate to be issued pursuant to subsection A of this section, the vendor who manufactures the new license plate is responsible for all initial costs associated with the design, production and delivery of the new license plate and all customer service relating to the new license plate."

Line 43, strike ", including"; line 44, strike "the expiration of the license plate pursuant to section 28-2351,"

Page 2, strike line 6, insert:

"2.  The department requires the license plate to be surrendered pursuant to section 28-2351."

Line 7, strike "expired" insert "surrendered"
