Page 6, line 5, strike "the notice of recall and the manufacturer issues"

Line 8, after "month" insert a comma; after "or" insert "prorated"

Line 9, after "month" strike remainder of line

Strike line 10, insert "when applicable, until a date when the recall parts or remedy are delivered to the dealer or when the vehicle is no longer in the new motor vehicle dealer's inventory."

Page 7, line 17, after the period insert "Properly"

Line 19, after "dealer" insert "in accordance with the terms of the applicable contract"
