Page 3, after line 9, insert:

"Sec. 2. Laws 2016, chapter 240, section 2 is amended to read:

Sec. 2. Delayed repeal

Section 38-962 38-672, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after December 31, 2022 2026."
