Between lines 26 and 27, insert:
"B. In addition to a school district or charter school holder, Subsection A of this section applies to:
1. An individual school operated by a school district if the school is assigned a letter grade of D or F pursuant to section 15‑241 and has incorporated two hundred days of instruction into its improvement plan submitted pursuant to section 15-241, subsection K or S, as applicable.
2. Multiple schools operated by a school district if each of those schools is assigned a letter grade of D or F pursuant to section 15‑241 and has incorporated two hundred days of instruction into its improvement plan submitted pursuant to section 15-241, subsection K or S, as applicable.
3. An individual charter school operated by a charter holder if the charter school is assigned a letter grade of D or F pursuant to section 15‑241 and has incorporated two hundred days of instruction into its improvement plan submitted pursuant to section 15-241, subsection m or u, as applicable.
4. Multiple charter schools operated by a charter holder if each of those charter schools is assigned a letter grade of D or F pursuant to SECTION 15‑241 and has incorporated two hundred days of instruction into its improvement plan submitted pursuant to section 15-241, subsection m or u, as applicable."
