(a) Telecommunications service as defined in 47 United States Code section 153.

(b) Broadband interactive access service as defined in 47 Code of Federal Regulations section 54.400."

Renumber to conform

Page 2, line 19, strike "all" insert "any"

Between lines 27 and 28, insert:

"(iv) Facilitates academic or scholarly research."
