SENATE AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1093

Page 1, line 8, after "water" insert ", and the city or town shall provide those persons with an amount of water that is comparable to the water that the city or town PREVIOUSLY provided,"

Strike lines 21 through 35, insert:

"Sec. 2. Delayed repeal

Section 9-500.40, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after December 31, 2025.

Sec. 3. Emergency

This act is an emergency measure that is necessary to preserve the public peace, health or safety and is operative immediately as provided by law."
