Strike line 2

Line 24, strike “IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER REMEDY PROVIDED BY” insert “notwithstanding any other”

Line 25, after “FEE” insert “, assessment”; after “COSTS” insert “and the court finds the defendant is unable to pay all or part of the fine, fee, assessment or incarceration costs”

Line 27, after “FEE” insert “, assessment”

After line 30, insert:

“Sec. 3.  Effective date

This act is effective from and after December 31, 2015.”
