FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

The amendment exempts DHS from rulemaking until April 30, 2015 instead of April 30, 2016.  In addition, the amendment clarifies the definition of Behavioral Health Services by stating the services are performed by behavioral health staff instead of technical personnel.
