FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

·         Allows the Department of Health Services to inspect a nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary (dispensary) during the dispensary's normal business hours to determine whether the dispensary is in compliance with prescribed rules and requirements.
