FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

Makes the following clarifying changes:

·         Specifies that easements or leases granted according to this act are to any party other than this state or a political subdivision of this state.

 

·         Specifies that the published notice must be in the local newspaper where the district regularly publishes notices.
