FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

·         Authorizes the Department of Health Services to accept gifts, donations and other contributions for the promotion and maintenance of the Healthcare Directives Registry and requires that such contributions be deposited into the Health Care Directives Registry Fund.
