- Specifies the personal finance course requirement is in addition to any other social studies course requirements in order to graduate from high school.
- Removes the requirement for the State Board of Education to develop or adopt a method of measuring proficiency for the personal finance course requirement.
- Includes the study of risk management, including insurance and fraud protection in the course requirements.
- Makes technical and conforming changes.
