Page 1, line 16, after the period insert "this subsection does not restrict a public school's authority to require a qualified student as defined in section 15-2401 or 15-2401.01 to pay for services provided by a public SCHOOL in connection with interscholastic activities."
Line 34, strike "homeschooled" insert "educated in a homeschool as defined in section 15-802"
Line 35, after "account" insert "pursuant to chapter 19 of this title and who is not enrolled in a qualified school as defined in section 15-2401"
Line 37, after "students" insert "and does not offer the interscholastic activity for which the student is trying out"
Amend title to conform
