FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

 

• Adds that the monies expended from the sale of trust lands for the purposes of this act are to increase the value of State Trust Lands.

 

• Strikes language requiring the monies from the sale of Lands to be used for the management of the Lands and instead requires the monies to be used for administration and disposition of the Lands.
