Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 20, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding chapter 23, to read:

HEALTH CARE EXCHANGE

ARTICLE 1.  GENERAL PROVISIONS
