AN ACT
amending section 15-326, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to school district governing boards.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 15-326, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
15-326. Capacity to sue and be sued and to hold and convey property
The governing board of a school district shall in the district name, as specified in section 15‑441, subsection B, may:
1. Sue and with the approval of the county school superintendent and the county board of supervisors.
2. Be sued.
2. 3. Hold and convey property for the use and benefit of the district.
