AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-120.01; relating to school buildings.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-120.01, to read:
15-120.01. New school construction; renovations; opening windows
Notwithstanding any other law, any new school construction or any renovation of a school building, if the renovation requires all the windows in a school building or in a wing of a school building to be replaced, must include windows that open.
