AN ACT
amending section 41‑194, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the attorney general.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 41-194, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
41-194. Opinions; annual report; distribution
A. The attorney general shall distribute a copy of each written opinion issued pursuant to section 41‑193 to the governor, the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the secretary of the senate, the chief clerk of the house of representatives, and to any department or agency required to perform some function for the implementation of such opinion. Copies of such opinions shall be available for distribution to the general public pursuant to section 39‑121.01.
B. Not later than October 15 each year the attorney general shall submit to the governor a written report of the activities of the department. A copy of the report shall be provided to each member of the legislature, upon on request, and the Arizona state library, archives and public records shall be provided with the number of copies required for exchange with other states and agencies. Copies of such report shall be available for distribution, upon on request, to the general public pursuant to section 39‑121.01.
