HOUSE BILL 2056

AN ACT

appropriating monies to the DEPARTMENT of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Tonto Basin bridge

The sum of $15,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation to construct a bridge in the Tonto Basin at the Bar X crossing in Gila county.
