AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-118; relating to student fees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-118, to read:
15-118. Student activity fees; political purpose; prohibition
A school district, a school operated by a school district, a charter school, a community college under the jurisdiction of a community college district or a university under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents may not use any student activity fees it charges for any political speech, political activity or other political purpose.
