AN ACT

 

amending section 32‑108, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the board of technical registrants.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 32-108, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE32-108.  Annual report; filing copies of lists of registrants

In January of each year the board shall make a report to the governor which that shall be accompanied by a copy of the list of registrants.  A copy of the list shall also be filed with the secretary of state, and with the clerk of the board of supervisors of each county.  The report shall be posted on the board's website.
