Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 26-177, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE26-177.  Opinions of attorney general

The attorney general shall, upon on request of the adjutant general or the state judge advocate of the national guard, shall give opinions upon on legal questions pertaining to military affairs of the this state. END_STATUTE
