An Act
amending title 13, chapter 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-112; relating to court rulings.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 13, chapter 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-112, to read:
13-112. Judgment of acquittal; aggravating circumstances; sentencing enhancements; prohibited court rulings
Notwithstanding any other law, at any time after the parties have presented evidence and before the fact finder has issued a verdict, the court may not enter a judgment of acquittal or find that an aggravating circumstance or other sentencing enhancement was not proven.
