AN ACT
Amending title 32, chapter 18, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 32-1978; relating to the state board of pharmacy.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 32, chapter 18, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 32-1978, to read:
32-1978. Nonprescription contraceptives; customer accessibility
A permittee under this chapter shall keep nonprescription contraception products on store counters that are accessible to customers without the assistance of the permittee.
