AN ACT

 

amending section 6‑121, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the department of financial institutions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 6-121, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE6-121.  Examination; supervision

All financial institutions and enterprises shall be subject to examination and supervision by the department.  The examination must verify that all products and services that are offered by financial institutions and enterprises conform to federal and state law. END_STATUTE
