AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of environmental quality.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of environmental quality; lead screening; child care facilities
In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2018‑2019, the sum of $200,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of environmental quality for lead screening of drinking water in child care facilities as defined in section 36-881, Arizona Revised Statutes.
