AN ACT

 

amending section 28‑4804, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to abandoned, seized and junk vehicles.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 28-4804, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE28-4804.  Abandoned vehicle administration monies; deposit

The department may receive monies pursuant to section 28‑4802 and shall deposit all monies collected pursuant to this chapter for deposit in the state highway fund established by section 28‑6991.  The department shall use monies collected pursuant to this chapter to carry out the duties prescribed by this chapter.END_STATUTE
