amending section 26-342, arizona revised statutes; relating to emergency and military affairs.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 26-342, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE26-342.  Relationship to other law; application

Except as otherwise provided in this article, this article does not:

1.  Preempt any local charter, ordinance or code.

2.  Require any state agency or local government to adopt or enforce any statute or rule.

3.  Affect or modify the obligations or liabilities of any person under federal law. END_STATUTE
