AN ACT
amending title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 38-449; relating to public officers and employees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 38-449, to read:
38-449. Western climate initiative participation prohibited
A state officer or state employee shall not participate in the western climate INITIATIVE that is organized and operated by an affiliation of state governors and one or more provinces of Canada.
