AN ACT
appropriating
monies to the environmental special plate fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; environmental special plate fund; intent
A. The sum of $110,600 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the environmental special plate fund established by section 37-1015, Arizona Revised Statutes.
B. The legislature intends that the monies
appropriated by this section will be available to distribute to natural
resource conservation districts and education centers as prescribed by sections
37‑1014 and 37‑1015, Arizona Revised Statutes, subject to
legislative appropriation.
