AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 12, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 6; relating to COMMUNITY colleges.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 12, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 6, to read:
ARTICLE 6. TRIBAL COMMUNITY COLLEGES
15-1495. Community colleges owned, operated or chartered by Indian tribe; expenditure limitation; exemption
Any monies received by a community college that is owned, operated or chartered by an Indian tribe on its own Indian reservation are not subject to the community college district expenditure limitation prescribed pursuant to article IX, section 21, Constitution of Arizona.
