AN ACT
appropriating monies to the small water systems fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; small water systems fund; emergency grants; small water systems; exemption
A. The sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2016-2017 to the small water systems fund established by section 49-355, Arizona Revised Statutes, for emergency grants to interim operators of small water systems.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
