HOUSE BILL 2394

 

 

 

AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriations; department of transportation; north-south corridor; tier 2 study; local match

A. The sum of $4,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation for a tier 2 study related to the north-south corridor transportation project in Pinal county.

B. The sum of $750,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to distribute to Pinal county to supplement a local match to a federal build grant to fund intersection improvements and road improvements in the area of State Route 87 and Hanna and Houser Roads.
