AN ACT
appropriating monies to the governor's office on tribal relations.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; governor's office on tribal relations; Tohono O'odham community college; remedial education
The sum of $10,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the governor's office on tribal relations established by section 41-2051, Arizona Revised Statutes, to distribute to Tohono O'odham community college for remedial education of students who are enrolled in classes conducted at the college.
