AN ACT
APPROPRIATING MONIES TO ARIZONA COMMUNITY COLLEGES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; community college districts; law enforcement training programs; exemption
A. The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the following community college districts for law enforcement training programs:
1. $2,000,000 to the Cochise county community college district.
2. $2,000,000 to the Coconino county community college district.
3. $2,000,000 to the Navajo county community college district.
4. $2,000,000 to the Yavapai county community college district.
5. $2,000,000 to the Yuma/LaPaz county community college district.
B. The appropriations made in subsection A of this section are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
