AN ACT
Amending title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-105; relating to school information.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-105, to read:
15-105. Health information; website posting
Each public school, including each charter school, that maintains a website shall post the following information on the website:
1. The immunization rate of pupils who are enrolled at the school.
2. Whether the school employs a school nurse.
3. If school officials or employees other than school nurses provide health care services to pupils, the qualifications of those persons.
